Return Policy / Warranty
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item for refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be undamaged, completely intact and in the same condition that you received it and must be returned in the original packaging with all included documentation:
Foam wrapped as originally shipped
Certificate of Authenticity
Copy of Packing List (please keep a copy for your records)
Hangar with hardware
Any other items that were included originally
If the above items are not received or original packaging is not included, Machined-Art.com reserves the right to refuse the refund or charge on a per issue basis.
If your product arrived damaged or defective, please take photos of the outside and inside of the box so that we can contact the shipping provider.
Refunds / Replacement
Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the product and will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or warranty within 2 weeks of return. If a return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied per your original method of payment. If a warranty is approved, you will be notified via email with a time frame for rework, repair or replacement.
Upon request and only if the original product was originally received damaged or defective, we can exchange the product for a new one. If you would like to initiate an exchange, please send us an email at returns@Machined-Art.com.
Machined-Art will warranty item for 1 year from purchase date for all defects to do with workmanship or defective materials. Please email to returns@Machined-Art.com to initiate a warranty. The same return shipping procedure applies to warranties.
To return or exchange your product, please ship via common carrier (UPS, FedEx, DHL) to the address shown on your packing list.
